Wincanton (Ireland) Ltd - Dublin

Shower of wankers to work for. I worked for an agency called flexsourse who had me working in the wincanton warehouse. It's its abit of a bad atmosphere when your in there. Alot of managers shouting at staff and very demanding. They will work you till you drop. Some managers are nice but some are very unapproachable like NiJole shes an absolute cunt....sorry I've never met someone so difficult to work along side. Shes treats you like your a child and talks down to you like your simple. You are barely told you do a good job when your there even when you work yourself to the bone. They will pull you on something straight away for little stupid reasons. I noticed when I was there staff had been provoked to snap which then they were sacked on the spot. I left that warehouse and went somewhere else because how everyone was treated. I wouldnt reccomend working with this place it's an absolute joke who they have for managers a bunch of fuckinh bullies.there are better places to work for then here.
