Our owner and lead chef Sophie combines Ballymaloe values with her experience of working in professional kitchens, farmers markets, food and music festivals and catering corporate events by AirBnb, Novo Nordisk, IRES REIT and more.

She specialises in cold buffets & salads, hot pots including curries & stews and a great variety of desserts. Gluten free options also available.
