Pure Wellbeing provides a comprehensive program that addresses several key areas of health & wellbeing. The program takes a structured approach, starting with assessment & fact-finding and leading to actionable steps within the program and in lifestyle behaviours. While almost any health- related action can be beneficial, a structured program has more definite outcomes than ad- hoc approaches are likely to have. In this case, the outcome is a reduction in health risks being faced by program participants.

The program assesses, monitors and targets 12 health risks, including lifestyle risks such as alcohol and physical inactivity, perceptual risks such as stress and low life satisfaction, and biometric risks such as high cholesterol and high BMI.
