I am a fully accredited psychotherapist with six years of experience. During this time, I have accumulated over 700 hours of client work dealing with different issues ,such as self-harm, anxiety, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, sexual identity, suicide crises amongst others.
I use different approaches to help my clients such as Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies.
I have been trained to help children and young people with their anxiety through mindfulness.
I am happy with my practice as I am working from home in collaboration with Staffcare (Employment agency in Northern Ireland)

help children, adolescents and adults using both skills of teaching and counselling in tandem.
I am fluent in three languages: English, Russian and Romanian and that could be of a great help considering that Ireland now has a broad multinational diaspora.
I am progressive-minded and I am constantly looking for ways to improve my counselling approach.
I use a variety of counselling methods based on each person’s specific background and behavioural issues. With each one I take into account and respect individual differences, experiences and values; providing realistic goals; encouraging the clients in appropriate self-expression.
At the moment I am Counsellor with Pieta House since December 2018- Present.
