Harringtons Restaurant - Dingle, Ireland

I came for a brief visit from the USA. Toured southern Ireland. Ate 5 sticky toffee puddings in 5 days. By far Harrington's (in the yellow building in Dingle) was the best! I ate the others in some really nice, restaurants and pubs. They were all good, but this is the one I remember the most and loved. I don't suppose there is anyway I could get the recipe? Either way I will recommend it to everyone I know. I know I could get a recipe anywhere, but I would love to have that one.
