Review Nutritious foods

Kelkin is an Irish company that offers a number of nutritious products such as popcorn (both for the microwave and on the hob) including their Lowfat Microwave Popcorn and their Unsalted Rice Cake Thins. However, I particularly like their Buckwheat Flakes which are so much lower in sugar than many other comparable breakfast flakes, as well as being gluten free. I often recommend these to my clients as one of their healthy options for breakfast cereal.
