Thanks to Elaine at Dominic Smith Cavan who went over and above to ensure that we had a replacement toaster within 8 hrs of first contact. Drove to my home to personally deliver the replacement item. Cannot speak highly enough of how receptive Elaine was to the issue - no fuss - resolved immediately and with great good humour and grace. Bravo. PMcC
