Review Upsetting & Disappointing Experience

I requested my order to be delivered on a particular date via a phone call and written note on my order
It was delivered four days earlier than requested
I spoke to the owner about my dissatisfaction in a calm balanced manner
He aggressively tried to justify this happening because they up to 300 orders to deal with and he insisted this request wasn’t written on my note ignoring I also phoned in the request as well
He abruptly said I m not listening to this and put down the phone
I was in shock
This behaviour by the owner of a reputable store is totally unacceptable
