Review That Unwanted Feeling

Firstly,full marks to the Electrical Store. They directed me across the road to the Hardware Store. I must have walked on something on the way as the reception I received was similar to someone with a smell. I wanted to purchase a item on the top floor. I asked the assistant who stood up and walked away without a word. I asked did he want me to follow. Again no reply. He then walked through a door. I stood there like a fool. He then came out and handed me the required item.Again not a word. I asked if he would take the money for the item and he replied Downstairs.
Down stairs was no difference. The check out was unmanned so I went to the trade counter and was eventually served. Not an experience I want to repeat.
I kept this review purposely vague in case I do want to purchase again.
