I have dealt with Mary on a few occasions now. I have found her friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, customer-orientated, decent and reasonable. The thick laminate floor I got looks like natural wood. A number of people have admired it. V good quality and beautiful-looking floor, easy to maintain also. The best quality brown laminate I have seen anywhere. Thanks, Mary and Larry.
