PARCEL NOT RECEIVED
I BOUGHT AN ITEM ONLINE PER THE TRACKING NUMBER RG********CN MY PACKAGE WAS RECEIVED BY DUBLIN MAIL CENTER ON 14/04/23 AT 1500
SAME TRACKING NUMBER INDICATES THE PARCEL WAS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS AT 19/04/23 AT 0904
BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL.
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING.
WHERE EXACTLY IS MY PARCEL
