Kilsaran Paving - Dunboyne, Ireland

Very unreliable sevice, both tiles back in May, been told that lead time is 8 weeks, after 10 weeks had not received the tiles, contacted them and was told that it will be delivered the following week, 2 weeks later still had not received it. Customer service is very bad, tried calling few more times, but they could not find my order anymore... then eventually was contacted by their manager who suggested a different type of tiles as the one I had ordered was not in stock and late.... I had few days of thinking and when informed them that I dont want a different tiles and just ask for my refund, they said they will contact me regarding it and have not.... tried calling them again but no asnwer... I will go to the end to get my refund but would not recommend this comapany to my worst enemy!!!
