Balbriggan Cricket Club - Dublin, Ireland

Balbriggan Cricket Club was founded in 1961 and we play our home games in the “Jack Harper Cricket Ground” in Balbriggan Park situated behind the St. Peter and Paul Church in the heart of Balbriggan. Our playing season runs from April to September and we cater for players of all ages and abilities. We also provide indoor Winter coaching to our junior players and Pre Season Indoor Training for all of our players.

We have 5 Senior teams, a Social Taverners Team, an elite women’s team, a Women’s social team and 10 junior teams with Juniors aged 6 to 18. The club is growing every year with numbers of Senior and Junior members increasing every year. We welcome members of all nationalities , age , ability , Gender and background and are proud of our diversity as a club.

Committee have worked tirelessly and supported by members , supporters and the people and businesses of Balbriggan we have made huge strides forward in both the Ground and Coaching facilities & equipment and are continuously striving to improve the level of Professional Coaching we provide for our Junior and Senior members. The results of these efforts has been massive success on the pitch for Senior and Junior teams with multiple League and cup wins and individual representative honours for Leinster and Ireland.

Our pitch is one of the finest playing surfaces in Ireland and we always make an effort to make sure everyone who visits our club is made feel right at home. We are a family orientated club that offers Cricket for every age and standard from the top level of Leinster Club Cricket to our hugely active social team with every level in between catered for.

We are a club that are determined to continuously improve and provide the Town of Balbriggan with a Cricket Club it can be proud of.
