Absolute disgrace of a service. Scammed me out of an extra €120 due to a mistake on there end.
I gave very specific height dimensions that the truck would have to be able to get under which I was told that it would.
I was told I would be let know if there was a problem, they tried to call once and didn't bother again. I called twice after that and asked if there were any problems with the order, I was told that there wasn't. It arrived and could not get to the required location due to the truck height. Due to this, I had to pay an extra €120 on the day as nobody would answer the phone in their office and the driver was ready to leave. I was forced to go ahead and completely expected them to refund the €120, as any reputable business would have, due to it being their fault. They were incredibly ignorant and refused, trying to blame me for missing the call even though I called back twice after that to see why they had called.
At no point did they inform me that the truck would not be able to deliver. No messages left when I could and nothing said on the subsequent 2 phone calls that I made to ensure that the order was ok and good to go
Absolute scammers! Stay clear of them. Order from Floods concrete instead
