Very large copper beech tree felling & cut into pieces. For my aunt Clare.
Then all "rounds", some over 2m in diameter put into a shed (per request of non-mobile 85 year old lady) Digger used to move large pieces into shed. Also a lot of soil put into the shed too.
Noone in their right mind puts un-split firewood into a shed! And especially not pieces of such huge size.

When asked today to return & remove wood from shed & cut into human manageable pieces Noel was very rude and refused to do the decent thing.
Told me to shift them & cut them up myself.
I said that moving these by hand was dangerous & I don't have a chainsaw to cut such large pieces.
Asked if I'd pay him to come out to sort it & I replied that I wouldn't & expected a professional tree surgeon to do the decent thing. I am splitting the firewood for my aunt.
Told me to "F-Off you bollox" and hung up on me.
I'm shocked at this unprofessional attitude.
I've asked my aunt to contact Noel again to air her concerns.
