We booked two of Egan's coaches for our wedding on August 2013, stating clearly that we required 2 coaches for a given date to transport between Ballymaloe & Ballycotton.
Not only did Egan's coach fail to supply the two coaches agreed (just one appeared), we were forced to wait for over an hour as the one bus they did have performed a return trip (4 miles). During this wait they failed to answer any calls from the bridal party.
Despite this failure to supply the agreed service Egan's insisted on charging a full rate for their service and have failed to respond to any correspondence on the issue. If anyone in Egan's coaches wishes to dispute this they are more than welcome to contact me directly.
