Question for Document Processing Agency Ltd

Greetings Sir/Ma.pleasei was told that my EEP is ready and somebody was going to called me but up till now I have not heard from anybody. So please I wish to know if my documents are ready? I also wish to know my PPS number. Thanks I look forward to hearing from you.
