Review Reporting anti social behaviour and car damage

I took the time to report anti social behaviour, slight damage to my property and also a slight injury. The garda could not have been more patronising towards the situation, I honestly expected a better approach. He was no more interested in taking the details and it seemed I was judged based on appearances etc. I only reported as I felt it could happen to someone else so as prevention but this situation as made me sorry I wasted my time.
