Review Disgraceful robbing the people

I was told my hoover was been serviced,it wasn't blocked or anything but the machine screws were loose,
After about 3 weeks ó got it back today
The machine was vibrating like a plane in turbulence
The suction is terrible and I received no consideration whatsoever
From the person on the phone.
I paid 44 euro and all he did was put on a bag holder and wreck my hoover. A disgrace, I will be forewarning people on facebook as my machine never ever made a sound like that and I have proof.
I'm not taking this Lightly, all their doing is taking parts off other machines. First he wanted 94 euro then I said hold on a minute now my machine isint that bad at all.
Then he said how much are you willing to spend.
I would have been better off if I went to harvey norman and put aa deposit on a new 1.
