Review Let me down badly today

Zero stars is not an option!!
Booked in the morning for the afternoon for nursing home pick up and clinic set appointment. Stood outside my house for half an hour and 4 phone calls to the company. Was told they picked up someone. Got a free now taxi in 1 minute. Never again!!
