Review Call for help

I rang Kevin St Garda at approx 2am on July 4th. A very loud noisy party was in progress. I was alone in my house and greatly disturbed by the situation 4 doors away. My neighbours were away. I called the garda twice. No response. Said they went to wrong address!!. Well able to hassle quiet people doing their own thing on canal. But totally ignore somebody who needs help
