Review Poorly Treated

Our estate agent seemed to forget his role was to represent the tenants well, and not just the landlord. Arrived 2 hours late for initial viewing and was overly quick to point out the demands placed on us from the home owner such as cutting the grass. Heating in the house never worked despite multiple attempts to resolve this properly and the kitchen lacked the basic appliances of a kettle, microwave and toaster. We decided not to cause too much of a fuss with the intention of receiving our full security deposit back which did not happen. We were given half-hearted nonsense reasons as to why we were being charged nearly 200 euro despite being ideal tenants who tolerated more than could be expected. Little to no interest was paid when private letters were dropped in opened, or rodents throughout the house. Very disappointed and would not recommend this agency, or this agent in particular to anyone wishing to be treated fairly or with any kind of respect.
