Review Lawnmower repair

I left in a lawnmower for repair. Seven weeks later, after numerous times calling in to shop and attempted phonecalls which were never answered I was told it still was not fixed and the reason was that newer items came in and had to be fixed first! How ridiculous. Looks like the regular customers get looked after only. My lawnmower was put down a lane under the weather for all of the seven weeks. Why would someone not tell me they would not fix it first day? No interest in older machines.No apologies for treating customers in that way.
