Review Very disappointed

I am so disappointed with your service l was contacted by David to get my chimney cleaned made appointment for last Saturday morning, and was told no problem on the night before l was told can't make, l said no problem can you please do next Saturday morning, was told, l will be frist thing only because l sent a message to ask what time to expect him was told can't do it tomorrow so disappointed with this service
