Review of Tom Ryan Casey Photography

TOM RYAN CASEY * [b]WARNING [/b]*:

Its been nearly 2 1/2 years and were still waiting for our wedding photo album.
I posted my thoughts here and Tom contacted me the very next day with more excuses.
Once again, he promised he would have the initial proofs by Feb 14th 2015 (This time frame included an extra week we gave him to be 100% sure).

"[i]I stand by what we agreed on for a finished proof on Saturday two weeks the 14th February.[/i]"

He also pleaded with me to remove the posts. I agreed to remove the weddingonline posts after he showed me proof that work was in progress, he did send me some initial photos via dropbox, so I removed the posts.
Since those initial photos and emails on 2nd Feb 2015, we have heard nothing.
Once again we have been let down by Tom not honouring his agreement or deadline.

[b]Excuses:[/b]
Printing company he used closed, Money Problems, Work Load, diagnosed stress, Sick Family Member (this was pretty low), the photo spread layout had to change due to using a new printing company.

We're going to have to go through our solicitor.

In my opinion, AVOID this Photographer.
